Great piece of luggage. It opens directly in middle but has zipper for one side and cross straps for the other. Plus pocket area in middle for smaller items. Overall love the luggage. Holds a lot of items. Very roomy.

I was so excited to get this luggage. The inside zipper broke and the outdide handle fell off after my flight out. I hope it makes the trip home. The pull handle is very wobbly. Do not buy this luggage if you plan on checking it at the airport. I am so disappointed in this luggage. Not worth it. The design is cute but nothing else.

I was so disappointed to see my beautiful Mickey suitcase came unsewn the first time I used it. The quality is not good and I would not recommend it. There is no way to return it either. Boo!

Design

FUL should change their name to P.O.S.! Went to Orlando for a Disneyworld trip. The suitcase made it there just fine. Upon my return home I noticed the crack when I was back at our car. Their warranty is a HUGE joke. So basically I paid for one-time-use luggage. What a waste! #FULSucks

I purchased in July for a September trip. When unloading from car at airport the top handle broke completely off. Suitcase was not overloaded it had 48lbs inside. Cheaply made! Do not buy! Upon arrival at destination the side handle had broken off also! When looking inside it was made with cheap screws and tape! Buyer Beware! You will be looking for luggage on your trip to replace this one!

I have ordered the 3 piece set twice now. The first set arrived with the large and medium size bags both broken. Returned that one and ordered again. This time I received only the large size bag, both the medium and carry on sizes were missing. Its a beautiful looking set, if I could actually get a proper, undamaged set sent to me. For the price of the sets, having to keep sending them back is ridiculous.

I need my money back. This was not worth the money, I will be reaching out to the manufacturer for a refund

It’s beautiful, roomy and easy to roll. It’s also a space saver. The only dislike was I had to purchase my own tsa lock.
