We are planning a Disney trip this summer and I got these for the Grandkids

I purchased in July for a September trip. When unloading from car at airport the top handle broke completely off. Suitcase was not overloaded it had 48lbs inside. Cheaply made! Do not buy! Upon arrival at destination the side handle had broken off also! When looking inside it was made with cheap screws and tape! Buyer Beware! You will be looking for luggage on your trip to replace this one!

The design, color, and look are absolutely gorgeous! And they are very recognizable at baggage claim, which was a plus for me. Unfortunately, there are 2 cons for me and that’s why I gave it 3 stars. The first is that the handle on the largest suitcase is too short. The second, and most disappointing, the shell cracked near the wheel after only a few uses, and now the wheel collapses when rolled. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the crack/wheel.

I ordered the 3 piece luggage set and only received one piece. The 21 and 25 inch was missing out the box.

WOW! Amazing luggage and the price was even better. We are on a trip and boy it was perfect for traveling in our SUV. Best luggage we have had for a very long time Snd hope it lasts like the last set.

We only used this for when we went to Disney world, so twice in a year, and the handle that pulls up and goes down is broken and jams, and the lining inside the suitcase has ripped . We hope others have had better luck UPDATE: I emailed fūl and they were quick to respond, and quick to send me out a warranty form and have already sent out the replacement after only 4 days of conversation! It was a total of two years since I bought it and they were still willing to replace the entire suitcase :-)
