DMC Stranded Cotton Shade Card - W100B

I was thrilled to find an updated version of the book. It is great that it has the actual flosses not just pictures. Makes it easier to match threads. Has almost all of the news colors that DMC has produced

Sometimes these are hard to come by, but if you are a thread artist, embroiderer or a sewer, you know the DMC floss is the best quality. This is the one with actual thread samples not the printed version. Very important difference. I had one of these many years ago, that somehow got lost. when I picked up & started embroidering again years later, I was having a hard time finding a replacement because they are sold out everywhere so often. but keep looking. They are essential.

This is the best aid for stitching using DMC. It has all the colors & all the kinds of thread with actual thread samples.

Will use a lot since I like designing my own projects

Its what you need to match. What can I say...you need this to match most anything....I have thread that I used to do a pattern BUT it wasnt DMC and my friend wanted the cross stich so much....so I matched it with and.....Well it was a perfect solution. Ok, I am dilthering but it helped me do a second OWL cross stich with DMC thread and it was acually much nicer then the original.

This is exactly what I needed. It came quickly and was in good condition. I am very happy with the threaded color chart.

The corners were bent on this book. Not happy since it was $35 when I bought it.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I want to change the colors of some cross stitch patterns that I have purchased and this makes it easier to choose colors and see what other options there are within a color family. It has also helped me label some mislabeled colors in my collection. I kind of wish the colors were removable to make it easier when selecting a bunch of colors for a design, it would be easier to be able to see them all together, then put them back when I was done. Still very happy with this. The only drawback is the folding of this item. I can see it getting worn out over time and I will hate to have to tape it together but I will do it if that day ever comes!

This is so awesome. I have had so many left over drills that I could not store as easily and some drills that were left over were missed marked so it is a great reference tool for me to use with my diamond paintings
