DMC Stranded Cotton Shade Card - W100B

I had barely torn this out of the package before I found a reason to use it! Brain actual strands of thread the colors are an exact match and I was easily able to source the colors I needed for my project.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It is perfect for seeing all the colors of embroidery floss and their numbers at a glance. Good and quick service.

A card looks good: hight quality print and samples. There are all kinds DMC treads including metallic colors and multicolor treads. But it has weakness. If an embroiderer look often at this color guide, the covers edges can damage quickly. People usually buy a color card for using long time and the cover should be harder.

Sometimes these are hard to come by, but if you are a thread artist, embroiderer or a sewer, you know the DMC floss is the best quality. This is the one with actual thread samples not the printed version. Very important difference. I had one of these many years ago, that somehow got lost. when I picked up & started embroidering again years later, I was having a hard time finding a replacement because they are sold out everywhere so often. but keep looking. They are essential.

This arrived in very good condition and seems to have all the DMC threads. I definitely needed this because I purchased a 150 skeins of floss that I needed to label and the card board color cards are hard to match with the real thing.

Its what you need to match. What can I say...you need this to match most anything....I have thread that I used to do a pattern BUT it wasnt DMC and my friend wanted the cross stich so much....so I matched it with and.....Well it was a perfect solution. Ok, I am dilthering but it helped me do a second OWL cross stich with DMC thread and it was acually much nicer then the original.

Great except for the first row and second row have the same row of colors so I can’t identify anything in the first row because it is wrong.
