I am extremely disappointed by this product. I expected the only ingredient to be peppermint oil, since this company touts its healthy natural products. No where does the product description list the ingredients, and I went by a customer answer. Here is the ingredient list from my bottle: peppermint oil, coconut oil, palm oil, agar, guar gum, glycerin, sodium alginate, CARRAGEENAN, and XYLITOL. After trading the book It Starts With Food I have been avoiding any fake sugars and anything with carrageenan as it can cause inflammation. If you are ok with those ingredients then please know when you put the beadlet in your mouth, it doesnt dissolve easily, you have to press on it with your tongue or teeth, and although the peppermint sensation is ok, you then have an undissolved plastic-feeling casing in your mouth. You either have to swallow the casing or spit it out.

I use this in my diffuser and it smells great. I also use some drops in my water and it feels nice on the throat, gives a nice natural energy boost, and is just all around pleasant. Also works good for cleaning and leaves a nice smell behind.

Perfect as a quick,natural breath freshener. The beadlet size is just right, strong but not overpowering. Was exactly what I was looking for.
