Double Bananagrams Word Game - For Up To 16 Players

I first discovered bananagrams at a friends house, and I went and bought my own set the next day! From the adorable banana case to the easy and quick nature of the game, bananagrams is a must have for anyone who loves game nights or wants a fun and easy way to pass the time.

Its a fun, fast-moving game. I like the double set, as it allows for more players and/or longer play. The zipper bag makes it easy to get out, and easy to put away. Its a great game to take along to a game night with friends.

Bananagrams is a blast. Its similar to Scrabble, but everyone works their own board, so that no one is preparing to use all their tiles to make an amazing word just to have someone else come along and mess it up with za. There is still plenty of competition, as everyone races to complete their own board before everyone else. Theres the moment of triumph as youre the first one to finish and you yell Bananas!, and then the crushing moment when someone looks over your board and realizes you misspelled a word. The standard game is a lot of fun, but with several people we find it easier to play the Banana Smoothie version. Theres also a version which allows for timed play and a solitaire version, and even a game to play in a restaurant while waiting for service. (Its a very portable banana, and all you need is a flat surface.) We picked up a double banana because now weve got too many people to play with

Easy game to learn and a great time with the family around the table

This is a fun game and can be played a variety of ways, depending on your preference. I am very pleased with the weight and quality of the letter tiles. The banana bag is sewn together well and stays zipped closed to contain all the tiles when not in use. This game is similar to scrabble, in that you create a crossword arrangement of words from your tiles. The goal is to be the first person to finish using all of your tiles. BUT... if you are found with words that are misspelled then you are a ROTTEN banana and the game is resumed without you.

What fun this game is going to be for my grief group! It is just as described and it came on time!!

My girls like this cause we can play like words with family instead and help my youngest girl to practice her vocbs! Thank u

Love this for a large group! Weve played with as many as eight people and had a ball. Sometimes we make up our own words and vote on them! Get creative!
