I tried everything but can get them to keep wind deflector over my sun roof to stay attached to car. For most applications they are probably fine.

My generic microfiber dash mat kept sliding down during sprints in my EV (3.6s), three feet of this tape over the middle fixed the problem.

Its much to narrow and extremely difficult to disengage from roll. Will hardly use for these reasons.

Hard to remove from roll and apply. It bunches up and cannot straighten out to apply smoothly.

The 3M VHB tapes are just the best. Discreet adhesion when and where you need it. Sticks well and holds many surfaces. In case you did not know, the VHB stands for Very High Bond. As with all tapes of this nature, best to let it cure for 24 hours if you can.

I use this tape for different types of repairs. I used it on the rain guards on my trucks windows, since the manufacturers tape didnt survive the Sonoran Desert heat. It is still sticking. Just be careful what you apply the tape to, because once it cures, it can be difficult to remove.

I use this product for everything, recently to hang a Screenbar Plus in the underside of my above desk cabinet to light up my desk better.

Got this tape to reattach metal trim on the bottom of my shower door that fell off. After I removed the old tape from the trim down to the metal with a scrapper. I applied this new tape and put some clamps on it to seal it tight to the door. Unfortunately I screwed up the alignment and the door didn’t close perfectly. I left it a few days until my wife complained so I tried to remove it and wow, this tape really stuck on good. I had to pull the door entire assembly apart to get the trim I fixed removed from the door because it was really securely attached. It gave me a lot of confidence that this tape will hold up well as the original that lasted about 10 years.
