> 3 dayI am very happy with this leave in conditioner for my curly hair. It has great detangling properties any also works great for my daughters wavy hair. It is a white medium weight conditioner. It doesn’t clump up in your hair. It comes with a pump which makes it easier to use in the shower. I use a generous amount and work it into all my hair with a brush and then wash part of it out. It leaves my hair very soft and silky. It doesn’t weigh my hair down like some other conditioners do. It helps reduce the frizz in my hair as well. I feel like the price is very affordable for the large bottle. I would purchase this conditioner again.

> 3 dayThe Dove Amplified Textures Leave-In Conditioner works well on my curly/wavy hair and on my daughter’s ringlet-curly hair. I learned quickly that a small portion of this leave-in conditioner is all I need. One pump for my entire head of hair (thick hair that falls below my shoulder blades). Two pumps for my daughter’s hair (hair that is curlier than mine and very long – falls below her waist). Anything more than that is unneeded for detangling and leads to a greasy look. I’m impressed that such a small amount of this leave-in conditioner is sufficient for detangling knots and defining curls. As the bottle is quite large, I expect this will last me a long time. I am completely pleased with the Dove Amplified Textures Leave-In Conditioner! Disclosure of Material Connection: I received this product via the Amazon Vine program. All opinions in this review are my own.

Greater than one weekThis leave in conditioner comes in a full size/family size bottle with a pump top. You get a lot of product for the price, which is fantastic. The product itself is actually pretty good but left me wanting a bit more. Its a leave-in conditioning treatment for curly hair, but my hair having a variety of different curl patterns, found that it worked better for me as a detangler and base for other products to be layered over. I found that using this conditioner by itself still left my hair a bit puffy when it dried and didnt really define the curls. But, I will say, it did leave my hair feeling soft, moisturized and healthy. It didnt feel dry. But I do wish that it wouldve amplified my curls on its own. I had to use a curling cream over the conditioner and a diffuser to get the curls to look neat and tidy.

> 3 dayI had high hopes for this but they were somewhat dashed. First, this product is pretty runny. I like the pump provided but the product being so thin, it gets everywhere. It does an ok job on my hair - it provides some moisture but I needed to combine it with other products to get a result I was happy with. My biggest problem with it is that it is very heavily perfumed. And the scent lingers. I only used a small amount on my ends - far less than I normally would because I could not tolerate the smell.

> 3 daySmells like coconuts and gives me great kinky curls with minimal to no effort. No greasy mess and no scent morphing into anything gross. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayThis leave-in conditioner just isn’t for me. I’m not sure why it’s specifically advertised for curly hair—it does nothing to accentuate or improve my wavy hair. And instead of adding moisture and some texture, it seems to add a flat look that I don’t usually get with other leave-in brands. I like the heavy but nice fragrance in this, and the bottle is a big economical size, but if the formula doesn’t work very well, those other two features are of little importance.
