> 24 hourSo my mom and my husband is using this lotion. My mom is noticing a great improvement in her dry skin on her hands and elbows so she really likes this. My husband has been using on his hands and it is not really helping him much. I am starting to wonder if he has something else going on like eczema? So cant really blame the product for that! He does like that there is no smell to this lotion tho as that is very important to him.

> 24 hourNot greasy at all. Absorbs in quickly and moisturizes well.

> 24 hourThe lotion seemed to go on very oily and took a long time for my skin to absorb it. It felt like I was rubbing vegetable oil on my hands. It worked ok for dry skin, I just didn’t like the greasy feel.

> 24 hourThis is the only hand lotion my son, who has eczema and gets very dry hands, will use. There’s no scent, it doesn’t irritate the sensitive skin on the back of his hands and it isn’t sticky like ointments. It’s not a heavy cream, so it’s surprising how quickly it makes a difference. It is a bit pricey for a tube of hand cream.

> 24 hourBought this looking for something to combat my preschool teacher hands - I sanitize frequently and have to wash my hands repeatedly throughout the day. Not to mention the repeated dips in the dishwater to scrub toys and tables everyday. My hands are bad. This had great reviews, but it didn’t work for my hands - at all.

> 24 hourAs a general rule, I do not use hand lotions, but it’s that time of year that my hands take on the appearance and feel like sandpaper. I have no choice and break my “no hand creams” rule. The reason that I don’t like hand creams is that I am nearly OCD about clean hands. If they feel sticky at all or get the slightest bit of dirty, I’m running to the sink to wash them clean. Anyway, ‘tis the dry hand season, and I am delighted to test Dove DermaSeries Fragrance-Free Hand Cream, a tired-and-true brand. Much like Dove face soap, which I had used for years, the hand cream is fragrance-free and lightweight in appearance and application. It absorbs within a flash. Best of all, unlike other creams, I barely feel I have it on, and I don’t have the urge to run to the sink and wash it off! So it’s a lifesaver for my poor, winter battered hands. Plus, the 2.5-ounce tube fits perfectly in the purse. Please note, I would have given a full five-star review for the Dove DermaSeries Fragrance-Free Hand Cream but I question the toxicity of some of the ingredients. For instance, Cyclopentasiloxane is associated with some environmental concerns and possibly health risks. Know the facts, and use at your own discretion.

> 24 hourI wish I had taken a before picture of my hands… I decided to just buy this on whim. I have struggled with severe eczema my whole life. The last five years, I have been dealing with hand so red and swollen with plaques. Nothing has helped me. Not the cortisone, nor aquaphor, nor body butters without fragrance, nor triamcinolone. The dermatologists have not been helpful. I have tried every single over-the-counter treatment ever. This works. It is working. In three days, all of the redness is gone from my hands. Just magically gone. The thickening and some of the bumps are slowly going down and looking like healthy skin. It doesn’t seem like much since it is not a thick cream. It absorbs so quickly. It really seems like it is doing nothing at first. It is worth a try. My hands are far from perfect yet with the thickening from years of my hands in the state they have been, but they are healing finally.
