    Greater than one week

The big plus of this new Dove cream is not only does it leave your skin very soft, but your skin feels happy, less tight, like its been given a drink after being lost in the desert. The downside is, for about ten minutes after intial application, you cant hold anything that requires a grip as your hands feels like theyve been dipped in crisco. Seriously, I grabbed the remote & turned into a juggler trying not to let it fall to the floor. There truly is absolutely no scent. No Unscented scent. No medicinal scent. No scent. At all. The tubes are screw tops not flip and about the size of an eggroll. Its just the right size to slip in a nightstand drawer or car console. My best results were at night before bed, on my severely used hands & feet, after it absorbed. Even my feet felt like silk.

No scent that I can smell and rubs in dry. Love to use during the day for my over dry hands

As a general rule, I do not use hand lotions, but it’s that time of year that my hands take on the appearance and feel like sandpaper. I have no choice and break my “no hand creams” rule. The reason that I don’t like hand creams is that I am nearly OCD about clean hands. If they feel sticky at all or get the slightest bit of dirty, I’m running to the sink to wash them clean. Anyway, ‘tis the dry hand season, and I am delighted to test Dove DermaSeries Fragrance-Free Hand Cream, a tired-and-true brand. Much like Dove face soap, which I had used for years, the hand cream is fragrance-free and lightweight in appearance and application. It absorbs within a flash. Best of all, unlike other creams, I barely feel I have it on, and I don’t have the urge to run to the sink and wash it off! So it’s a lifesaver for my poor, winter battered hands. Plus, the 2.5-ounce tube fits perfectly in the purse. Please note, I would have given a full five-star review for the Dove DermaSeries Fragrance-Free Hand Cream but I question the toxicity of some of the ingredients. For instance, Cyclopentasiloxane is associated with some environmental concerns and possibly health risks. Know the facts, and use at your own discretion.

This product DOES work - HOWEVER My first experience with this resulted in the same comment as others - Oily, sticky residue, doesnt work. But I bought it while traveling and it was the only thing I had for lotion, so i tried it for a second time - and noticed the oiliness was less, and not sticky - and by the third time and for the rest of the tube IT WORKS EXACTLY AS ONE WOULD EXPECT. I typically have very dry hands and cuticles - and this relieves that dryness instantly. I always make sure to rub it into the cuticles. My thought is that normal product settling causes some bit of extra runniness/oiliness to be the first bit of product that comes out when you try it the first time. But then its a great product. I came here today to buy more, and when my package arrives im simply going to try and shake it up and move the product around in the tube before i use it the first time. This product does work to relieve dry hands. Im so glad Im going to have this going into the winter! Buying this double pack to have one tube at work, and one at home.

I get bad eczema on my right hand, all across the knuckles. It becomes painful and red and itchy. I hate steroid creams so I got a tube of Eucrisa but it’s an ointment and you have to be careful when it’s on your hands to not do much, or else it will transfer. I picked this up one day on a whim and it’s wonderful. It’s one of the best OTC hand creams I’ve tried. It’s greasy in my opinion, so I use it at night before I go to bed. It doesn’t completely rid my hand of the eczema but it really helps relieve the redness and itching when I wake up the next day.
