Soap was out dated!!

I have been using this product for showers so I appreciated the cost savings compared to the grocery store cost.

Unfortunately, I had the same experience as some other customers in that I am certain that this product is a knock-off. The body wash was a completely different color and scent as the original. I would not buy this again since I do not know what the real ingredients are! It cleans and moisturizes fine but if youre looking for the same quality product as you get at the store, do not buy this product.

I often buy Doves body wash(es) because of its gentle and non- abrasive: cleansing and fragrance I buy the 3 or 4 pack. I cant say it is inexpensive. Nothing is these days. But it usually is a fair price whenever you buy in bulk (more than one). Have very sensitive skin - makes this dove especially the cucumber body wash an A+. Love it.

wonderfully strong smell but this isnt real dove soap.... cant be been buying for years and this is not it.... total difference in texture and color even.... noticed right away.... very pleasant smell it has though.... will be returning if I can get to the store to return

Product is what was ordered. One container was broken and leaking at arrival. Box was basically intact, with a little leakage on the inside of the box, with some loss of structural integrity, but not open. Probably lost ~ 1/3 of one bottle. In my view the packaging was poorly done, in that there were not enough air pillows to prevent the 4 containers, all enclosed together in plastic wrap, from banging around inside the box, likely causing or at least contributing to the damage. I could have returned it but considering how much was lost and how much hassle and cost (including fuel!!) it would be to return it, I just kept them. Not optimal, though.
