22-11-2024Product is what was ordered. One container was broken and leaking at arrival. Box was basically intact, with a little leakage on the inside of the box, with some loss of structural integrity, but not open. Probably lost ~ 1/3 of one bottle. In my view the packaging was poorly done, in that there were not enough air pillows to prevent the 4 containers, all enclosed together in plastic wrap, from banging around inside the box, likely causing or at least contributing to the damage. I could have returned it but considering how much was lost and how much hassle and cost (including fuel!!) it would be to return it, I just kept them. Not optimal, though.
