DOVE MEN + CARE Clinical Strength Antiperspirant Extra Fresh, 1.7 oz

The DOVE MEN + CARE Clinical Strength Antiperspirant Extra Fresh, 1.7 oz is small stick that twists up through a holes in the lid. The instructions say to use two clicks, but I find it takes three to get any product through the holes. The antiperspirant leaves some residue when it is applied, but it sinks in quickly. I didnt have any issues with clothing stains. This antiperspirant kept me dry in hot, humid weather and during a workout. It does perform very well and seems stronger. I wouldnt pay the extra price unless I really needed it. The fresh scent is just okay. Its very generic.

Couldn’t even use it

Its pretty pointless. Its a novel idea on how to make a different deodorant but ultimately pointless. Normal deodorant sticks work fine, but so does this thing. This thing does work but it sucks, you way more often have to keep twisting it to get some of the deodorant to actually come out, unlike traditional sticks. Also the deodorant is more of a goo or slime as opposed to the more solid sticks usually. Both work fine but this is just slightly more of an annoyance without a purpose. It smells fine and so far as deodorant, it again works fine, its just more annoying to apply so I wouldnt buy more. The difference is small but in the favor of tradition.

Scented Too much! It’s smell is not bad but is overwhelming. It’s like wearing a Cologne!

I sweat a lot and have started to go on pretty long jogs so I got this with hopes in that it would make me feel a little more comfortable perspiration wise. The first thing I noticed that I’m not personally a fan of is that the applicator is pretty weird. You just click the dial but it dispenses the deodorant through these little holes on the top. It reminded me of those playdoh toys that you push up and it dispenses the playdoh as hair or spaghetti. I wish it was just a normal roll on deodorant so I could make sure I’m getting enough on and in the right spots. The scent of the deodorant is nice and strong and just had a fresh scent typical to other classic deodorants. For the price point, you really don’t get a very big stick. I think I will stick to only using this before doing something physically exerting then use my other deodorant the other days. If you’re someone who needs clinical strength deodorant everyday you’re going to break the bank having to buy deodorant so frequently. As far as performance, I did still smell good after my 10 mile jog and I didnt have any pit stains in my shirt. My back was damp but my armpits just had light dampness that didn’t match up to the amount of physical activity I put in which is a good sign

Im not usually a person who sweats a lot but decided to try it anyway. It does last longer but in terms of anti perspiring, I didnt really feel much of a difference. it is quite small and for the price, there are other deodorants. The smell though is very nice. Hope this helps!

Cost more than the usual DOVE MEN + CARE I use but works better in my opinion.

The first thing to know about this is that it is not your typical roll-on. Look at the images by other users and you can see the stick needs to be pushed up hard and then the top pushes up the highly concentrated substance. Its a weird way to do things and overcomplicates it if you ask me. You dont want to get to much otherwise it will get on your shirt. It works and smells decent but not great. Just clinical. If the new way this rolls on seems interesting to you then it will work fine, but if you want traditional roll-on this is not it.

Ive only ever used antiperspirant just regular deodorant as Im not a heavy sweater. Did keep me dry when getting cold sweats though. The scent is good and not overpowering. Having sensitive skin was wondering how this would work but didnt irritate me nor did it dry me out. Doesnt quite last 24 hours and dont bother reapplying cause it doesnt cover any smells. Also, have caution putting on a shirt after applying cause itll most like get everywhere.
