Have ❤️-d the product and scent forever. Got a great deal in bulk. Unilever needs to seal the tops though. Thankfully its soap, so rinsed em all off and good to go!

Shipping box was completely open on one end and all containers had dirt/sand on opposite end as if they had fallen out onto a dirt mound and been placed back into box. There was hardly any adhesive material on the flaps of the shipping box. The bottles do not appear to have been individually opened.

I have to say after years of using Dove products both soap, body wash, and deodorant this is the first time I have been truly disappointed. I usually buy in bulk so 8 or 10 bottles and along with my bar soap it takes 2 years to use it all. Anyway, I was just in the shower this morning and my last bottle of Dove Extra Fresh Body Wash ran out. I reached in the cupboard for my new bottle and was instantly saddened. The stuff I had been using for the past 2 years was twice as thick and created a nice lather and it smelled 3 times fresher and stronger than the new reformulated bottle. I will probably never buy this product again, especially sight unseen from Amazon. In an effort to pump up profits they have made a substandard watered-down version of what I thought was a great product. Watery, weak smell, and smaller bottle, what a letdown. I have to say I wasnt a big fan of the pump bottle as it was hard to get out and you were always left with a bunch of soap in the bottom. Oh well, Dove has lost a customer and I guess I will be reading some reviews and head to the grocery store to pick up some new body wash.

I like how it leaves my hair so rejuvenated and fresh. My scalp feels so great and my hair smells like mint. So good.

Bottle is a poor design. Doesnt stand up very well

This stuff is great. The scent isnt overpowering, it doesnt feel like a heavy duty cleanser, it leaves the skin feeling hydrated and clean.
