I own a clinic, and am always worried about protecting it - with natural disasters, fires, floods, etc. clinics are always at risk. So when I saw that I could get Dove clinical protection for only $7 bucks, I thought my dreams had come true....but alas! I was a victim of a deception. When I got my package in the mail in two days due to Amazon Primes preternatural shipping speed, I was all excited, and started rubbing the clinical protection deodorant all over my clinic. But I realized that there was not enough product in the bottle to coat even a single wall of the clinic - how can this product claim clinical protection if it cannot even protect a single wall of that clinic? The anger an hurt caused me to sweat, and made me a bit ripe. I have troubles with most deodorants, having sensitive skin, most cause rashes or irritate my skin. So here I was, with an unprotected clinic, starting to smell. So I took a shower, and used my little remaining product just as a deodorant. Wow! It might not protect a clinic, but it sure did a great job keeping me clean and fresh smelling for ~48 hours. As a sensitive skin deodorant and antiperspirant, this stuff is great. As a clinical protection, you would need a lot more of it before even the smallest clinic could withstand a sharknado or hurricane........

The cost

This is the only deodorant I use nowadays. I live in Vegas and during the summer months (May-September here) it hits triple digits consistently. Well get lucky here and there with some rain thatll bring the temp back down to the 90s. I needed something that I know I could rely on, whether it be 80 degrees out or 115. This keeps your arm pits from sweating, unless youre exercising, and it keeps any odor you may have at bay. Its worth noting though that I do get occasional drips of sweat. I dont sweat profusely, its just a few drips from the arm I have holding the steering wheel. Itll occur when I get in my car after work and its triple digits out, so my car is like a sauna. Most people dont have to worry about running into this type of heat regularly though. Ive been using this for years (sometimes bought at Walgreens but now I do Amazon mostly) and I have experienced no side effects. The only thing it does for me is dry out my arm pit area a bit, which I feel when I get in the shower. But the dryness is temporary, if I dont use it for a day or two the area will go back to normal.

Ive been a Degree man for many years, but their Clinical formula is scented way too strong, for me. Also, Degree makes arm-pit hair sticky (even with only 1 or 2 clicks of the deodorant). Dove has a much lighter and more pleasant scent. Dove Clinical also works really well too and I think the small container is comes in (same as degree) is lasting longer. Give it try!

I previously only had been using Gillette Clinical Sport solid deodorant for the last 5 years. In DC, Gillette quit distributing the solid and Clinical only began being sold in gel. I do not like to use gel because it makes my armpit area feel wet instantly and remain went through the day. So I took a chance on this Dove Men Clinical Deodorant in Clean Comfort. I love it. It is simply the best Clinical deodorant I have ever used. I put on a very light application of it after I shower before bed and then I put on a very light application again before I get dressed for work. There is no flaking or drying out of he deodorant through the entire day. It smells awesome and I never sweat under my arms even in the wicked Washington, DC summers. Since I switched to Dove I remain dry even during workouts and I never smell. This product does not cause any staining or rings in the armpit area of any of my shirts. I recommend this product to every guy I know. My brother switched from regular Old Spice and he said there is no comparison. Give it a try you will not be disappointed. Not to mention that Amazon pricing on this product is incredible. It is so much more affordable via Amazon than it is in my local market place. This is one of my daily essentials improves my daily living.

I bought this deodorant because I find that mens deodorant lasts much longer. Sometimes with woman deodorants and the scents they offer, the floral or fruity smells just turn flat and musty after a while. I’ve even tried this same brand but the womens version-I don’t love it. I’ve found that this one goes on with the typical mens deodorant smell, although slight. It’s moisturizing but not sticky. So when you sweat, there’s no buildup. The mens-deodorant-smell just fades into nothing after awhile, which I prefer. So it doesn’t interact with my perfumes or overwhelm my clothes. I know this is targeted for the male audience, but if you’re a woman like me who can’t quite find a woman’s deodorant that you like- give this a shot.

Product works as described. More expensive than a “regular” antiperspirant, but this product works well, so you may be able to reduce the amount you had been using. If that does occur, it helps average out the price difference. More importantly, it will help prevent excessive perspiration and perspiration odor from occurring. Not being self conscious about that was very important to me.

Very happy with this product. It works well. You dont need to use too much, just one or two clicks of the dial. Definitely keeps me dry as I usually sweat a lot. Ive tried many different deodorants over the years and this works the best for me

This is a high performing product. I have pretty sensitive skin, and anti-perspirants typically irritate my armpits. This product still makes me itchy from time to time, but its pretty mild, compared to other products (cough-sure-cough). Its still pretty messy when you put a shirt on. You have to be careful to avoid the white streaks. But the product lasts all day, maintaining its distinct, yet innocuous and unobtrusive scent.

Doesnt cause chaffing or broken skin from being too strong. Yet?
