I ran out of my favorite deoderant, Mitchum, and was very disappointed that it was no longer a Prime product. In looking through the alternatives, I found only one that had no alcohol or aluminum, Dove. Well, what did I have to lose? I ordered the pack of two, and it arrived in one day. The scent is pleasant though I think I prefer the unscented Mitchum. In all other respects, it does what its supposed to do, and I highly recommend it even though there was a major irritation: I couldnt get the *&$@! cap off. I used a knife thinking that there was a thin seal. No luck. Twisting, digging, no matter what I tried ... until I got out a pair of plumbers pliers. I put a towel around the top to make sure I didnt crack the container, and it finally came off. I dont know if this is just an anomaly for this single stick, but if not, be prepared for a struggle during which you may sweat, but thats what you have the dove deoderant for ;-)

I switched to this product from the exact same one with aluminum, and noticed this is much less potent and doesnt last anywhere near as long. It also seems to start melting on its own which I didnt have issues with for the other version.

This deodorant works well, goes on easily, and doesnt have an offensive scent. Pretty clean when applied but you still have to be careful pulling a t-shirt over your head right after applying this deodorant or you may get some white marks on the outside of your shirt. Protects well and works for me but there are other brands of deodorant that also work well for me. I like stick deodorants and this one is my current go to.

Used in my carry on for travel. Compact size worked perfectly. Plenty for a three day trip.

I’ve used so many different deodorants. This is the only aluminum free stick that actually works and has me smelling good all day long

Has more longevity

I switched to aluminum-free deodorant about a year ago, and everything people said was true. I began sweating less, my shirt stopped staining in the armpits, it was great. But alum-free deodorants just didnt last on me more than a few hours, and Id get a rash from time to time under my arms. I tried Axe, Old Spice, and Toms, but nothing worked. Dove was my fourth attempt at finding a good aluminum deodorant, and it might be my last. It lasts longer than any other brand Ive used, smells good but isnt as strong as Id like (I bought the clean comfort scent), and I havnent gotten a rash or felt irritated at all in a month of using it. Definitely recommend.

Bought this for my kid to try, it smells better than the Old Spice ones in my opinion.
