> 3 daySold as a gigabit adapter, but 1G auto or forced negotiation wont bring the link up. Forcing 100M/Full brought up the connection - but seeing ~20% packet loss across the adapter. PoE support works fine, no issues powering a raspberry pi. With the terrible network performance, this adapter is functionally useless

> 3 dayI got this to run POE with my Rak V2 hotspot miner. The splitter is compact and plug and play. The cable front the injector plugs right in to the splitter and from there the USB C plugs directly to the hotspot. Clean setup and perfect for outdoor setup allowing the hotspot to be mounted closer to the antenna. So far everythings works and no issues.

> 3 dayThis was perfect to hook my raspberry pi 4 up to a poe switch. Now I dont need to worry about another power supply and since my switch is on a ups my pi also has power failure protection.

Greater than one weekIm using these devices to power a bunch of PiKVMs since I couldnt get a POE HAT to fit inside the metal box. So this product takes a POE (802.3af) connection, which is a 12.5W standard and splits that out to power (USB) and regular non-POE Ethernet (RJ45). There is nothing to configure, just plug the devices in and ensure the input side has POE enabled at the switch/router/POE injector side.

> 3 dayI bought 3 of these adapters and they all work, and work the same way. They do what I need, 5V @ >1A. Pro: — Runs Raspberry Pi 4 @5W, required for boot-up and heavy processing (all 4-cores @100%) — Works with Raspberry Pi 4 Pre-v1.2 USB-C connectors (CC lines wired together, not separate as required, newer RP4s do it right) — Convenient small size, light weight — Will charge my cell phone using a µ-USB adapter — Provides the higher current needed to run the RP4 reliably. My laptop Type-A USB ports dont provide enough power, and my pre-v1.2 RP4 wont power off the USB-C port, because it is wired incorrectly. This makes this higher power adapter necessary for my application(s). Con: — USB-C is 5V only, wont negotiate to higher voltages. — No real con, except the green light on the Ethernet port never lights. I couldnt decide if this is an Ethernet activity light, or a USB-C connected light. Either way, nothing I do makes this light turn on. Wondering what its for?

> 3 dayI like this poe switch. Cables feel heavy duty. Item is working properly. This is USB C and ethernet connection.

> 3 dayIts working as expected but giving it 4 stars because the ethernet release clip broke off the first time I used it, so now I had to tape the wire to the device to keep it from coming out.

> 3 dayI bought 2 of those for my Google Wifi(1st Gen) set up. I wanted to mount the routers on the ceiling without having to run extra wires, just one cat 5e and thats it. Plugged my cat5e coming from my poe switch and the router powered up and data connection was strong.
