DualShock 4 Wireless Controller for PlayStation 4 - Jet Black

Ordered this to replace my original Dual Shock 4 that came with my PS4 System.

I bought a Like new PS4 remote. What arrived was a very worn, and dirty controller. The seller did reach out before shipping (a message that I did miss), and described the remote as Used- good To quote the e-mail sent I noticed some small blemishes on the left and right thumb sticks. I attached a photo, this remote is extremely worn. Now I have to pay for shipping back to the seller, and he does not have a replacement item. Im very disappointed in both the original and updated descriptions of this item because they were both inaccurate. Two stars because he does have quick responses.

As soon as I started using the controller, I noticed that the r1 button had no snap to it. After pressing the r1 button, the button would slowly move outward instead of snapping back to neutral. So I removed the button and cleaned the internals myself. I noticed there was a bunch of white factory gunk that I removed with a Q-tip. It seems to be working fine now.

Like I keep mentioning i think theirs something wrong with the batteries in the controllers purchased from Amazon they used to last 6 months to a year before the dualshock vibration goes or becomes intermittent then the controls start drifting or are not as precise or the button timing is off just enough to notice .now that seems to happen 1 to 3 months after purchase this was a replacement for a controller that lasted 2 weeks this 1 lasted 2 months and has been recently replaced. I dont bash throw or smash controllers just play my ps4 a little to much I guess

I am neutral on this product because I had to send it back as it would not hold a charge. I have purchased similar controllers previously and not had any issues so I do not know if this was a fluke thing. The return process through Amazon is very easy to handle however.

Not great. The controller is oddly covered in gunk and the down button of the D pad doesn’t work

Trusty dual shock controller. I use a silicon controller cover, but otherwise nothing else is needed to enjoy pretty much any game on PS4. Can’t go wrong with DualShock.

No problem with shipping. Arrived in good condition. So far they are working great.
