Purchased two of these for our Kraken headsets. Works perfectly. Havent had any complaints about microphone quality using these adapters.

Perfection! This usb audio adapter is sleek, no big housing around the usb to block other ports, and is made very durable with a nylonish braided wrapping around the chords and higher than normal grade connectors to prevent breaking where chords end. I am very very pleased with its quality and performance works great on ps3 and pc.

Works really nice for gaming and for just listening to Spotify. I would recommend this for anyone having issues with their audio jacks.

Dell laptop stopped responding to moving audio from built-in speakers to external speakers when the TRS audio plug was inserted. Tried many things, settings, reinstall drivers, nothing worked. So we thought a USB audio cable would work. To our pleasant finding, this cable just works and no more audio problem. We plug our TRS plug into this device, then plug it into a USB port on the laptop. Would probably work ok if plugged into a USB Hub. Easy, simple, inexpensive fix. Did not try the other microphone jack, but assume it would work, like with a phone headset.

I thought da mekboyz had too many konks on da head when when dey told me dis thing would make noise in me ear holes, but it does. Not as loud as good DAKKA, but loud enough fer orkies!

Totally love them worth the money spent

Just a brief note to anyone running a Mac system, this should work for you. I have a late 2014 Mac Mini running the latest version of Big Sur. I plugged it in to a USB port and it immediately showed up on the list of audio devices as USB Audio Device. The system recognized both audio out (Sennheiser headset in this instance) and microphone and they both seem to work without issues. Longevity is another issue, Ive only had this about 2 hours and Im pleased that it works. I like the color coded Green for audio out and Pink for microphone in. Time will tell whether or not it was made well.

Item came a day early and is nicely packaged. It worked on initial plugin even before the driver was installed which was automatic. Sound quality is unaffected and sounds great. It is nicely put together with firm plugin sockets and has woven armor on all cord surfaces. This is a really nice product that I am 100% happy with and can highly recommend.

The USB is at minimum width so it does not crowd the adjacent port(s) unlike other adapters. This has allowed me to use a high quality Plantronics headset for video conference calls and is a large improvement over the earbuds that I was using.

worked like I hoped it would I was able to get audio and people coluld actually hear me the mic worked !!!! yeah after trying 4 different headsets hooked it up to usb in the inside port not external usb came with promos also !!!!
