I put the new one in and the thing worked. Voila.

Needed this sized battery for specific item and couldnt find it in stock at store so tried Amazon. of course they had it and they were packaged well and worked perfect. Even have long shelf life so I dont have to worry about them expiring in the next few years.

Not sure how to contact Amazon about false advertising or bad packing.

Using these for a small remote to an outdoor plug. One battery barely lasts 1 month, and it is used no more than twice a day (once on and once off). Quality has gone down the drain!

Use these in my ceiling fan remotes. Most of the batteries I use are Duracell, long lasting and have never had one leak. Guesstimate they last a year or more in each remote with daily use, and the price is right. Purchasing on Amazon saves me time (and gas) going to try and find these hard-to-find specialty batteries in retail stores.
