Greater than one weekI have bought two of these hats. The blue sharks, and solid pink. Both in 2-4T, shark one was bought in 2020 and pink one just this month. The shark one has a pull string in the back of the hat to adjust the fit and just seems larger over all. It fits both my 5 year old and 20 month old well. The pink one does not have the pull string, material seems cheaper, and it fits small for it being 2-4t. It just fits my 20 month old who is in the 13th percentile, so I expected it to fit for quite some time but I think we will only get one summer.

The string keeps it around his neck to prevent him from throwing it. AS WITH ALL CHILD TOYS/ACCESSORIES, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR CHILD BECAUSE THEY CAN BE A CHOKING HAZARD IF IT GETS CAUGHT ON SOMETHING.

> 3 dayThis hat ended up being one of the best purchases. Buy a size up because it can be tightened a little and then adjusted. I love that the brim is big enough to keep out the sun. My baby will actually keep it on when we are outside because it works (in other words, the sun isn’t in his eyes). I keep in the car fo surprise outings so I don’t have to sunscreen him up and I’m very happy with it.
