Perfect part to fix my Dyson V8.

Perfect fit

This was a great replacement piece and well worth the money spent. It was extremely handy to have the tool included. My husband was able to quickly install the new piece and had it working again in no time. It appears to have the same suction power and fits the same as the original.

This was very easy to install. It came with a screwdriver and a new replacement screw as well. Vacuum is good as new!

Great replacement for a piece that breaks often, which is a design flaw or purposeful product planned obsolescence. With this kit, it took me 1 minute to fix my vacuum, I have the V10 Absolute.

I liked that all I had to do was take out the old piece and insert the new pieces and screw down. No worries of of hiaving to put the gasket in the other ring. So easy this way for someone who has limited use of his hands.

It’s good for the money

This part does not fit with V10, and it leaves a bigger gap in the end between the bin and the main body of the V10 so that the bin empty handle will be in the right position and the bin will be stuck. It damaged my V10 after I tried to empty my bin. Avoid this at all cost, and it will cost you since you have to fix your mainbody of the V10.

It isn’t a direct Dyson part but it works just as well if not better in the V15 detect canister!
