The only thing that gave me trouble was the update of software needed immediately, failed several times. Otherwise set-up was easy. great to watch my home while away. Watch weather, wind, snow, and in fire season the ashy skies.

I needed a camera to watch my cars in the driveway. This camera does the job. I bought the package that includes the solar charger. Unfortunately, we dont get enough sun here in New England to keep the camera charged using the solar charger. The AI functions require a subscription which also covers cloud storage. After several months of use, Im not fond of the paid AI service. I have it set to minimum sensitivity and to activate if people are in my activity zone. It activates for every movement of anything, which drains the battery.

One photo is at night with no light outside, just night vision on, other is daytime. The picture quality is good. I love that I get notifications when movement is detected. The battery lasts about 6 weeks each charge and some days I have 150+ notifications from kids going in and out all day. I love being able to see where my packages were placed and if anyone comes to my house while I’m gone. I also love that I can check my cameras when I have an unannounced guest stop by before opening my door. You can also go live and talk to people or pets at your door and record while live. I loved my first one so much, I ended up buying 2 more. Must buy and definitely worth the price.

I have four of the PTZ cameras initially could not get 128GB card to format. The company sent me a Netac pro 128 GB card it formatted with no problem

There are several cameras out there in the marketplace, and this one actually works. I love that you can control the camera by using your phone in nearly any direction. The quality of the video and sound is really good, and when set to motion detection, it really works. I had no idea in middle of the night there would be deers coming, but with this camera I am able to receive notifications and see what happened at night. Great camera and customer service for offering a free 2 year warranty. Thank you Kaia for you help and support!

It has definately changed everything with our organization. We are a halfway house or better said sober living home and bring this system into our organization has brought stability and security to alo of our residents . We love the 360 cameras the most.

You can zoom and notifies of any movement. Has an alarm that has deterred robbers. Best camera thank you.

I really Like my new Camera so I bought 2 more they a great job of letting me know when someone is at my front door even when I was on Vacation and thousands of miles away. I was able to talk to the person at my front door and ask what they needed and see when a Package was delivered so my Brother could pick it up for me. My Brother just bought 3 of the Wireless Security Camera Outdoor WiFi, Dzees Siren Alarm Spotlight Outdoor Camera Wireless. Kaia has been a big help in ordering and registering my equipment. This camera works very well. It notifies me quickly. The pictures are clear.
