I got this for only 30$ so I can excuse most issues however I would recommend spending another 10-20$ and get something a bit better. All the keys are on the same horizontal plane so it is rather easy to accidently press keys on accident. It is clicky and nice sounding however I could not see a difference in response time from my membrane keyboard. The RGB is cool and all but goes with no color themes for setups unless its rainbow because there are 2 options: rainbow and off and its hard to use it when off because its hard to see the keys etc.

Very nice Keyboard. Has a good weight. Definitely has the “clicky” sound with each stroke and the lights are the right amount of being pretty, but not over the top

This keyboard works well. The retro look is awesome and the typing so far is what I expected. So great keyboard. Im using it with Linux so it behaves as a standard USB keyboard. The only thing I couldnt get to work is the FN + WIN_L combination as it doesnt generate a keyboard event. Must be some windows stuff, but I couldnt care less, just thought Id mention it. The only thing that bothers me a little is that the backlight LEDs are kind of exposed, depending of the angle you look at the keys. The brightness reducing function has very few levels to chose from. Reducing it too much will render some parts of the keyboard really dark. Turning if completely off is not an option for me. In conclusion, its a fun keyboard, nice to use.

A pretty high quality keyboard and the keys are very satisfying to press. Love the rainbow color of the keyboard though I kind of wish there was a way to set one or more solid colors. The click of the keys is a little louder than I was expecting but not overly loud.

Love the feeling, very solid and surprisingly heavy

Bought this keyboard looking for a fun, inexpensive, backlit and clicky keyboard, and got every bit of those. I am not a keyboard connoisseur by any means, and I am not the guy who will go out and spend $100+ for a keyboard knowing full well what to expect at that price point, but I do know a thing or two about reasonable expectations, and this thing has exceeded mine for the price. The frame is a pretty solid plastic frame, and the keys are plastic with a plastic chrome plating around them. Keys are extremely accurate (to the point that it reminds me how bad of a typist I really am), and they provide a very satisfying click both in feel and sound, with just the right amount of resistance for my taste. The backlighting on the keys is static for each row, but you can adjust lighting effects quite easily with the FN+Ins keys. I found that the most useful setting for me was just to leave them all on, but there is a nice effect that turns off the light for each key when pressed and it de-dims back on. If I were pressed to get nit picky and point out things I would change about it, the one main thing is the labels on the keycaps, which look somewhat like stickers printed on the underside of the keycaps that have that stencil effect, where any part of the character (such as the inside of the 0) that is separated all the way around are connected to the outer edge in one or two places (I told you Id have to get picky). It gives this keyboard its only cheap-looking characteristic. It also looks strange to see exposed philips screws on the top side of the keyboard, but they are easy to forget with all else that is good about the keyboard. Also, if I were unreasonable, Id complain about how high the keys are high without a wrist rest (come on people, this is a mechanical keyboard; the keys are going to be high and its cheap enough that you can go buy a cheap wrist rest). Also, were I a dreamer, I would like individual programmable colors for each key, but that is also where the reasonable expectations mentality come into play. Ultimately, all complaints are about aesthetics (and again, very nit picky ones as well), and not at all pertaining to functionality. I have only had this for two weeks now, but I will be updating this review in the future to sum up the longevity.

I have to replace my keyboard from time to time because I eat at my desk while working. I am a programmer/software engineer, and sort of live the work. This keyboard is holding up well to the abuse of crumbs and the occasional cigarette ashes since it is a raised cap keyboard. Also, the tactile feedback is familiar to me from the old days and feels better than a soft touch keyboard.

Buttons are hard to get used to at first, and the main issue for me is how loud it is. I get that it has that mechanical action which does make the keys press in a satisfying way, but it makes this weird ringing noise that reverberates throughout the body of it. I make spelling errors more often when hitting keys in the top left or right of the keyboard. Not too big of an issue, but it has to do with how high up the board is. All issues aside though, its a good keyboard. Its issues are more subtle than I may be making it out to be. However, I went back to my old keyboard, because I prefer how quiet, yet controlled the keys are. And I much prefer a keyboard with lower keys as well. Thing is a no name keyboard Ive had for 8+ years through 3 computers, and its had no issues, no sticky keys, nothing wrong with it in anyways. Keep that in mind when you make a choice. Id recommend testing a keyboard out before you buy it. Ill still keep this one for use every once in awhile, but Im staying with what I got for the most part.

Awesome keyboard. I just have two Vs. Well one is suppose to be a C but it says V. Im too happy to send it back. So Imma enjoy it and remember its a C and not V.

If you are one who likes to play with sdr radios, be aware that this things emits some noise ... I added a ferrite and that fixed things. Other than that, it works great, looks cool and seems nifty...
