23-11-2024Good keyboard. I work in IT. I love typing all day on this. The keys look cheap but its actually a good product. I would not personally use it for gaming. But overall its a great keyboard!

> 3 dayIm not including photos as I feel that the photos and videos other people have included are accurate representations of what I received. For reference, Ive plugged this keyboard into a 2014 13 Macbook Pro (it sounds positively Jurassic as I write that, given that its 2020!). What I love: - The color! Oh, the keyboard is beautiful. There is a small instructional insert that comes with the keyboard. Its printed in both English and Chinese. It tells you how to change the LED pattern. Very easy and fancy. - The backlit keys! One reason I chose this keyboard above others was that the keys are actually backlit in such a way that you can see the letters/numbers/symbols, even in the dark. Other keyboards didnt offer that feature. - The sound! It is soooo clackety-clackety. This probably isnt the keyboard for someone who needs to work in the quiet. Its not exactly like an old electric typewriter, but its pretty darned close. Its much louder than computer keyboards circa 90s and 00s as far as clicks are concerned. Personally, I love it! - The number pad - its really convenient to have a number pad on the right side of the keyboard rather than hunting and pecking for numbers above the letters. This is a small point, however someone who uses numbers a lot would probably agree with me. Things I Wish Were Better ***There may be workarounds for what Im about to discuss -- I need to do further research*** - Function Keys such as End or key combinations such as ALT + TAB dont work as normal on my Mac. Its only slightly irritating so far. - Nothing else! In conclusion, super cool keyboard. Fun and loud for creative writing -- the sound makes me feel like Im really accomplishing something! Not sure how well it works for gaming, as thats not my purpose, but for normal day-to-day keyboard usage its excellent.

> 3 dayI have been using this keyboard for the past 3 months. I definitely like the retro typewriter look. You have amazing controllability over the modes and its speed and brightness. But I have run to some issues that I believe are important to talk about. The first one is its a bit loud I personly do not have an issue with it but definitely has very loud clicking noise that can bothersome. Secondly, over time some of the keys become slightly looser than others. In my experience the left Ctrl and the tab key frequently jingle. But that being said its great for anyone who is looking for a retro keyboard to add to their setup.

Greater than one weekI bought this for my husband to use at work. He absolutely loves it and is the envy of his office! When searching for a tactile keyboard I kept finding offers over $200. I was shocked at how awesome this one was! Great value for the price!

> 3 dayThe keys stick a little and are a lot louder than youre probably used to. If you want silent typing dont go for this. I dont know if its worth 35 dollars, feels a little cheap but the colored backlighting is neat so thats a plus. I wanted the typewriter feel but I dont know if this is what Im looking for. Day 2 of use and my shift key is already sticking. Its cute if you want something different, but if youre looking for a higher-end retro keyboard - keep looking.

> 3 dayNice click keyboard! Great reaction! If you learned on the old IBM Selectrics, you will love it. I dont like the new softer feel keyboards, been hunting a good click for years. This is the one!

> 3 dayA pretty high quality keyboard and the keys are very satisfying to press. Love the rainbow color of the keyboard though I kind of wish there was a way to set one or more solid colors. The click of the keys is a little louder than I was expecting but not overly loud.

> 3 dayI loved this keyboard, though now I would of gone with a more silent one, but if you love clicky keyboards and want a unique style then this keyboards for you! I had no issues with keys, no jams, nothing wrong. Highly trusted keyboard! I even spilt some water on it and it was working correctly the very next day.

> 3 dayI spend 8-9 hrs a day at my desk. Due to all the time I spend typing, the keyboard matters a great deal. I have been using this one for several weeks now. I really do like this keyboard but I will write an honest review because it should be better. Reasons I like it - it is a mechanical keyboard. Smooth and easy key action. - much lighter key action, less finger fatigue - cheap! Excellent value! Drawbacks - The keys are too close to each other. My big fingers keep hitting extra keys. Even after using for several weeks. - The keys are to high above my desktop. I need to use a wrist rest to get my hands up high enough. It is a matter of things just being stacked up (keyboard base, switches, keys on top). The spacebar measures fully 1.25 above the desktop. I am keeping mine and using it 40-50 hrs per week. I really do like it better than the ergonomic Logitech that my boss provided. These ergonomic sins could (and should!) be addressed with a few low cost and low tech changes.
