travelled with my 11lb cat. it was sturdy and fit under the airline seat with not much need to smush. Cat seemed comfortable. mesh sides and several doors made getting him in and out easier. also, there is a strap that slides over your rollaboard handle. i would buy again.

It just didnt feel that sturdy

This carrier is sturdier than the hard plastic one we were using that kept coming apart. Looks nice too.

My wife took our most boisterous boy cat, a rescued feral, to the vet the other day. She said it was very easy to carry and Scout liked it better cuz he could see out the windows. Only one use so far, but so far, so good!

Had to move a cat 2 hours away. She had never been in a soft carrier. I left it open on the top in the middle of the floor and she hopped in and out for hours. Then settled in all on her own. I zipped it up and she literally hunkered down the whole car ride - no screaming cat! Her sister was in a old hard crate being the wild woman of Borneo. Arrived unzipped and she popped her head up and she jumped out. The top access is awesome. It is like hopping in and out of a box, bag, and laundry basket like they love to do rather than jamming them in head first. If I put it out now she still jumps back in it. She weighs 14 lbs I think much heavier might be a little tough

I have two cats and I bought two of these for vet visits. When it was time to move out of state, they came in handy. They matched the specs from United Airlines; even when I had to push one side slightly down in order for it to fit under the seat in front of me, everything went well. The zippers worked great as my cats learned to push open the zipper from another carrier. I also like that it has two handles to carry by hand and a longer strap for the shoulder. Two mesh panels for air circulation, which I tried to cover at the airport so the cats wouldn’t be overwhelmed by the amount of people. I also loved the side and top openings because it’s a different loading technique for each of my cats. Overall, I recommend it 100%.

I found that this carrier is the right size for both my cat boys.
