EATON Wiring RF9501DS Aspire Z-Wave Wireless Single Pole Switch, Desert Sand

Bought these 15 years ago in a Lowes for a previous home. Was so glad to find the same item here on Amazon as they are not at Lowes anymore. AND....not as expensive. Cooper ASPIRE is a great line. Thank you !

Not z-wave. Totally missed marked.

I did my whole house with these Aspire products, looks so much better than the 1980s yellowish metal stuff!

These will make a frying sound (internal arching) when switching on/off. Not what I expect for such an expensive switch.

I received z-wave switches, what a steal! They do not have a top and bottom button, but rather a single button that is more of a toggle.

Works as intended, bought to match a dimmer switch.

NONE of the switches were zwave... even after several replacements!

I ordered the Desert Sand color which is the only color advertised as Z-Wave (it still is as of this review). When I received the switches I found they have no LED and tested with a multi-meter. They are just regular toggle switches. Others have had the same issue based on reviews. Incidentally, even if I had only wanted a toggle switch, the ones I received appeared to be very poor quality. Very cheap feeling click.

These are great switches - I have used 1-2 dozen in more than one house and never had a failure yet. Great value for the price.
