Bought this bag for a school and work on my college paper. Its lovely but the straps are freakishly long. I took it to an upholsterer near me and got them to remove over 10in. Off the link just to make it fit properly on your back. You could leave as is but your back will not thank you. Great, straps are now appropriate length. Next is the amount it holds. Youre limited by the sides and shape of the bag. It will bulge and be difficult to close. However, theres a partition splitting the interior into 2 compartments and it seriously impacts your packing. Im considering removing the partition and using an organizer instead so I can gain full use of the interior. Its vegan leather which is essentially plastic so its durable and waterproof in a sense but as a whole the bag is not waterproof. If you pack light its good but who among us really truly packs light? Crossbody wearers would have less issues but a part of the draw is the backpack feature

A must have!! So sturdy! Deep pockets, sturdy straps, wide for notepads and binders !

I used this bag for a while, and I got so many compliments. My only big complaint is that the straps are extremely uncomfortable and its a bit awkward putting the bag on when youre trying to wear it as a backpack. The one upper support you need to wear as a backpack does start to tear after a while of usage so be warned. Cute bag, but wouldnt recommend it for everyday usage.

The clasps do not stay closed. The aesthetic is cute but up close the quality is poor.

Absolutely STUNNING bag. Bad itself is very light sturdy construction. My laptop, the cable, a small notebook and a pen bag fit in the inside compartment without it bulging. I also have a pair of glasses in the inside small pocket. I already have a Coach messenger bag but its a mens bag so its... Bland. I bought this bag because I have two jobs and need to be able to pack two laptops. Im absolutely buying this bag in another color ASAP. BUY. THIS. BAG. Oh my favorite way to wear it is with both the straps on (backpack mode) but only on one shoulder

I was looking for a more sophisticated backpack that would also carry all my stuff. I saw this one and thought thats it! The colors are great and the look is professional and trendy at the same time. What I like best about it is that it is briefcase shaped so nothing falls to the bottom as in traditional backpacks. I chose the pink/burgundy combination and have received many compliments and where did you get that? comments. The price is also very reasonable. A very good purchase!

Pictures are misleading!!! The shoulder straps for the brown color are white, but they are brown in the actual bag. The bag is nice so far and I like it, but they are not honest with the photos.

Good quality, not so sturdy when wearing it but good quality over all
