I needed a sturdy laptop case for work to replace my Coach bag, I saw this one and thought the pink was very cute and would be able to carry all of the things I need for work. However, it came with a big, dark stain on the front flap that is very noticeable when in use. Ive tried everything that I can do to get the stain out and it simply wont budge

After only using it a few times, the snap broke off.

I was looking for a more sophisticated backpack that would also carry all my stuff. I saw this one and thought thats it! The colors are great and the look is professional and trendy at the same time. What I like best about it is that it is briefcase shaped so nothing falls to the bottom as in traditional backpacks. I chose the pink/burgundy combination and have received many compliments and where did you get that? comments. The price is also very reasonable. A very good purchase!

Buyer beware: it’s I ordered this bag and it arrived on time. When I opened it, while still in the plastic, there were Bobby pins on the bag. Upon opening it, I found more hair ties, Bobby pins, and other items throughout the bag. This is used and should not be marketed as a new product. Also I am required to pay for boxing this up again - so disappointed in this entire process.

I got this bag for Christmas and started using it in February. It’s been less than a month of use and the strap just tore off. The bag is not overfilled- it has a laptop and a notebook inside. Super disappointed because it was a really cute bag
