I have two long boards and wanted something smaller that I could carry with me to school. It fits on my backpack. Its wide enough for my bigger feet. Stable, and rolls quite well. Worth the extra money compared to lower-priced eggboards.

My two sons have always ridden boards thru high school and college, this year for Christmas I asked what they wanted and one of my boys said he would like a small penny board so he can ride around Santa Monica where he works, I searched online and noticed that these penny boards looked cheaply made, I came across your Egg Boards that Ive never seen before so I ordered hoping that when they were delivered I wouldnt find that they were made cheap too and man was I surprised, these boards are so well made and look great, My sons say theyve never seen anything like them before and say that they ride smooth, also where else can you buy a skate board that gives you a warranty, I highly recommend this product.

Bought for my son, an intermediate skater who has been on penny boards for years, and uses it to get between classes at college. He was excited to ride it. He crashed the Eggboard hard, and refused to get back on. He said the shortness of the board, and the large amount of exposed wheel was causing rubs that were unsafe. Hmmm... I put 129mm trucks and 60mm wheels with a riser on the Eggboard. He loves it now. Good stability, great carving, but way less wheel hanging out to rub on. Reused the Eggboard trucks/wheels on an 8in deck, perfect for longer rides around the neighborhood. Cool specialty board. Fun cruiser.

I am a total beginner to a skateboard. I tried my friend’s regular skateboard once, and I couldn’t even stand on it with both feet. Since I heard the Eggboard is more stable, I purchased one. I could ride it with my both feet from Day 1! That was pretty exciting. I’m looking forward to riding more.

Not for beginners. My son, age 9, received this high-quality board as a gift. The board and its components are top notch, high quality, but due to the short length, He had great difficulty using it. I did not return the board in hopes he can use in the future. I did buy a longer board which is better for a beginner.

This board is a lot of fun. I originally bought it for myself but my 7 year old ended up taking it over. Its a fun cruiser/ mini longboard. Althogh it is small it is wide enough to feel stable. Due to the length I do not recommend going down a steep hill. It will wobble at higher downhill speeds and requires you to really regain balance if that happens. If you over carve it can cause a wheel bite. I use it to commute to and from my work parking lot. It it fun to get on it during break times and just enjoy the day. I would recommend this as a starter/ everyday board. The compact size is great because you can take it anywhere and store it in the car without noticing it is there.

My daughter and I used to ride longboards together years ago, but her life got busy and she stopped for a while. In preparation for her first year of college in the fall, she showed a renewed interest in using a longboard to get around campus. We happen to be in the Venice Beach area and tried to stop by and try out some Eggboards, but our schedule did not allow that to happen. In communicating with the owner, he was very helpful in answering questions and we decided to order a couple of them to try out. I normally ride a Sector 9 with drop-through trucks, but I found that I really enjoyed the smooth ride of the Eggboard (just had to get used to keeping my feet closer together). The board seems to be almost a smooth as my regular board and just as fast. My daughter loves riding hers and has taken it all over the neighborhood. She is very happy that she has one to take to college with her. Plus it is a lot smaller to carry around campus and keep in a dorm or apartment. Haven only been long boarding for a few months, and starting college at a UC I wanted to longboard across campus, however with lecture halls not being 44inch pintail friendly I wanted a hot-fix. I stumbled across this product in my recommended on YouTube, and wow am I impressed, the board glides, turns on a dime, and fits nicely into my backpack. 100% recommend this to anyone who has long boarded before, I wouldn’t suggest getting this if you’re an absolute beginner, but once you get the basics down invest in this.
