The goal was not to lose my remote anymore. The issue has been resolved. I give 5 stars.

The thickness of the cover is ideal to prevent the Apple control from breaking. Wish I had gotten this sooner. The design is very interesting.

An overall very good fit and feel – although the hole for the IR blaster isn’t big enough for the remote to power my TV on. Had to peel back the front of the cover to get it to work. I guess I’ll have to cut it down a bit!

It doesn’t actually glow in the dark, but it sure helps protect our poor beat up remote, and we haven’t lost our remote in the couch even once since putting this sleeve on it.
