I went from rinsing my prints by hand to using this machine and it does an excellent job in washing off all the resin and then turning around and curing it with the same machine.

It is nice in function and idea, except my wash side the turbine in the bottom that spins by magnets wount spin no matter what after a few uses.. Ive taken it a part cleaned it out it rough and wount turn by the motor. I need to double check the return policy I feel bad ive used it a bit for 2 weeks of only failed prints...

I had purchased a Mercury Plus a little while back and was disappointed to find that one side of my lights had stopped working after the first few uses. I contacted Elegoo about the issue and they could not have been more helpful. They quickly sent out a replacement light bar without hesitation. Replacing the part was simple enough and before I knew it my Mercury Plus was back in action. The staff at Elegoo is incredible and dedicated to making (and keeping) their customers happy.

Great price, great packaging, looks great and feels like a quality product. Not been able to 100% test it out because of the IPA shortage but the curing part is awesome in amongst itself.

Packaging on this unit is extremely nice. Its very easy to use, although the included tub will take a few uses to get easier to use. The clips on the side are a little tough with first use (clip the shorter sides first), but it gets easier after maybe 10 uses. This thing is truly amazing. I dont have a lot of room on my desk for pickle jars and a LED lighting solution, so I am glad for how compact it is. In addition, my prints wash *far* better than I could and the cure time if fantastic. The pieces all feel high quality and worth of the price. Could you rig something together cheaper? Probably but it wouldnt feel 1/10th as good to use. Everything clicks together well, it looks good and my workflow is as simple as can be with this unit. This thing makes washing and curing my models enjoyable and easy. Absolutely fantastic, I am VERY glad I shelled out for this unit. Not cheap and worth every penny. 9.5/10

This is fine, but Amazon sells deals bundling it with the Saturn (which I bought) and IT DOES NOT FIT SATURN BUILDS. That is kind of ridiculous and Im thinking about returning it because of that. It works well enough for smaller builds, but next time around Im just building one.

I tried simple hand washing (toothbrush) and rinsing for new prints and a $10 UV light, never was 100% successful in cleaning and curing post prints. Ordered this guy and well, another great Elegoo purchase, just wish I had done it earlier. Its simple and to operate and takes most of the worry out of over-exposure of IPA and UV for post curing. Great little machine.

everything is seem to work great but the top for the washing part to seal the container wont close like the blue seal wasnt cut right so i have now way of closing it

Im sending back all ELEGOO products. I bought a Mars 2 Pro and the wrong product was sent. I had to spend $20 on a round trip to town to exchange it. When the printer finally came, there was a quality control issue. So instead of resin, I bought a Neptune 2 to try my luck with PLA. When it came in there was another quality control issue. I was on video chat with three different people for almost 8 hours of total troubleshooting. They all agreed its defective.
