Works as intended

I picked this up more or less on a whim due to a massive price discount for Black Friday, and I am thoroughly impressed. My only issue so far is I really wish I had picked up a larger model! You may have six customizable keys on this, but since each key can be assigned to be a folder, and folders can stack within folders, you can very easily and very quickly end up having massive amounts of combinations possible. My personal main use has been to control multimedia (as I had switched to a mechanical keyboard without any physical controls for media) and to control my Philips Hue products (which it integrates quite smartly with).

This thing is amazing, paired up with the companion plugin, or just assigning short cuts for commands that you dont want to remember. You can even press a button, and itll send a message to your assigned friend telling this person to get one of these asap.

Very quick set up. Very customizable and easy to use. Streaming and non-streaming uses.

I think Elgato have mismarketed this product.

Lame that we are on our own for support on such a new device. abandoning a device so versatile to only work on select OS is beyond me especially for such a prolific company, and a new and exciting product. In windows it feels more like someones constantly trying to sell me something on the configurator like a silly phone marketplace, with infinitely scrolling side menus instead of traditional efficient menus, but I havent run into any paywalling issues on that front whatsoever so far. but now ill just have to commission my software engineer to write an interface, or implement and tweak an existing one. I dont plan on using this for computer gaming, but I may buy a few of these in the future second hand for CAD use.
