I use two computers for streaming, and controlling my scenes with a second keyboard meant I needed to keep it within reach at all times, which meant giving up desk space. This lets me control OBS scenes directly, and is small and takes up barely any space. The software can sometimes be a little buggy and finicky, but overall this thing is a solid addition to my setup. As a word of advice, make sure to update the firmware right away as that will help clear up some issues with connecting to the software.

Great product so many things you can do with a single button. 1 bug I had was setting a screensaver, then it still appeared around the edges of the buttons after being deleted. Set a black screensaver to fix then deleted it which seemed to work.

Use this on my desk everyday - Not a strteamer, but allows rapid access to frequently used applications, easy control within the applications, everyone who works with me love it and wants to get themselves one.

I am a programmer, and my editors have many actions that can be triggered using key combinations. However, there are many that I use infrequently or that have complex combinations I struggle to remember. With the Stream Deck, I can define keys and associate them with a key combination. Further I can create an image for that key that tells me what the key does! I have other small, configurable keyboard Ive used for this purpose, but they have the normal keyboard keycaps that arent assignable. I could put stickers or something on there, but yuck! The Stream Deck looks good and makes me more productive. I love that I can have multiple profiles, which allows me to set up banks of buttons for different uses.

The Elgato Stream Deck is now the main tool I use when I stream.

Works great, very versatile. Easy to set up and the software updates add new functionality!

This pad is awesome. Seriously. I use it as a video switcher for live events. Way better than other $1000 devices out there. I also use it for daily pc tasks. And, Elgato keeps releasing software updates with new, very useful functions.
