Elmers Products E3820 Multi-Purpose Glue, 8 oz, White, 8 Fl Oz

I use a lot of glue, and I mean a lot. This is my favorite all purpose glue. I was buying a smaller quantity at a craft store and using a coupon, had enough of that.

Youre probably smarter than I am & already knew lots of kids in the 50s used Elmers glue for their shop projects but when I was in a jam & started googling was glad to find not only should the Glue All I had laying around be fine for helping fix a broken wooden step but that the main drawback is it cures slower than wood glue which seemed like a win for me as felt like less pressure, *especially* since it was advised NOT to use formulas branded as washable since their bonds were obviously meant to be less resistant to moisture & provided a more flexible hold than stiff like wood glue *Knock on wood* but it seems to be working all right so far, especially for such an economical price point! I do tend to refill smaller bottles from this big jug but also did pour straight from it when coating the top of the wooden step to help ensure the wooden slats Id cut to cover it would bond tighter than just the screws was using would allow in hopes of keeping it as flat as possible Did have an unexpected drip on the carpet (from what I was fixing not the bottle) that wasnt covered & when I found it had become a *very* hard blob my landlord would *not* have appreciated & since its not washable didnt even consider that but did wave a hair dryer on the slowest setting around it (not coming close to touching it but just enough to heat it up) which made it pliable enough to pick out of the carpet relatively easy FWIW

There are a variety of different glues, but this is the old traditional version.

Bought this for acrylic paint pouring and myself dont care for the results but as a glue its great very strong

The glue was delivered in a box that did not have arrows showing which way is up. I bought it for my classroom to make slime after Christmas break and brought the box inside where it leaked all over the box, through he box, on my floor and now I have a mess of glue to clean up and no glue for making slime.

I bought this to glue cardstock and it works as glue should.

Glued several types of wood and it worked well. Fast drying and glue turns clear when dry

Water the glue down a little and tissue paper, makes a great papier-mâché.

If youve got kids then you have to know how to make slime! Its great for every holiday, party or rainy day! The current slime kits on the market make it super complicated, All you need is Elmers glue, liquid starch and food coloring! I have tried other brands of glue in a pinch and none of them work as well as Elmers glue. The other brands tend to clot and make lumps in the silly putty. The one gallon size lasts a long time and is better than wasting small bottles.

We used the glue to make slime and it worked perfectly. The glue arrived packed in the box and there were no leaks. I would purchase again.
