Greater than one weekWe talked to our local fire department about these. They are NOT a substitute for a fire extinguisher but helpful on small fires. Watch the video on how best to use them.

> 3 dayI hope i never have to use these fire blankets. But its always good to have them on hand. Plan to keep one in the kitchen and one in my truck. Wish I had one of these years ago. While traveling down Interstate 95 south near Ashland, VA, the engine in my Fiat caught on fire. This blanket sure would have been handy to throw over top of my engine. Who knows, I might be able to help some else in need on the highway.

Greater than one weeki bought these for safety issues...for piece of mind. it comes in a two pack and at an affordable price. i put one in the kitchen for possible fires in that area and especially for the house in general. the other i put in my tool box of my truck in those times that i go camping or go on trips for emergencies. they are also compact, they come in their pouch that is around 12X7 give or take so it doesnt take much room at all.
