By far these are might be the best purchase I’ve made on Amazon. The price can’t be beat, but more importantly the quality of these lights surpassed all my expectations. They are bright and are just the right size for our bedrooms. Is you’re looking to add recessed lighting to your home and want a beautiful result, buy these!

I was intending on buying my lighting through one of the large home improvement retailers but I am glad I took a chance on these. They are very simple to install if you know what you are doing. The product is fantastic and I will soon be buying another set to complete my home.

1/3 of the price of box stores and they work the same. I don’t know what customer service is like because there were never anything to complain about. They work perfectly and super easy to install. Buyers need to be aware of the Kelvin rating. 5000k is a blue light, 4000k is a white light (kitchen/bathroom), 3500k is a pinch yellow, but great for dens/bedrooms/halls. Also notice the amount of lumens. I bought 1050 lumens and placed a dimmer with it, I would go with higher lumens if installing in a kitchen.

Purchased the 6” light fixture with the selectable color option for a little bit more money than a dedicated color. Easy to wire up and truthfully 90% of installing these lights is running 14/2 cable blindly in the ceiling between light(s) if you have no attic access like my scenario. The paper template to cutout holes was accurate. I did not use a dimmer switch for my first ceiling in my home office but may use one as I install in the living room next. The 3 knockout hole size measured exactly 0.863” or consistent with what the industry calls a 1/2” knock outs. I purchased NM plastic connectors for the existing Romex wire labeled as 3/8” trade size fits 1/2 KO and no issues. Have not tested all 16 yet but the mfg warranty policy seems gracious. Edit: I am concerned that in my application, I have three 14-2 entering the control box and I cant close the lid for obvious reasons. The push-in terminals allow for 3 conductors each as well as three knockouts allowing three cables so physically its possible. The volume allowance per conductor in NEC 314.16b for 14 AWG is 2 cu in per conductor. So the 4 gnd counts as one or 2 cu in total. Then the other 8 is 8x2=16 cu in total. Calculating the volume or 2+16=18 cu in volume of wires. The control box totals 7.2 cu in. The control box is essentially a junction box, right? I think Ensenior need to have this discussion with their engineers.

5000K is a sweet spot between 3000K and 6000K. It is a true white daylight temperature compared to bluish tint in 6000K and yellowish tint in 3000K. They are very bright and we ended up installing them 7 feet apart and did not have any dead zones. For larger space, you can even space them staggered at 9 feel with adjacent row staggered.

I watched a number of YouTube videos, read a lot of reviews, and selected this product. I am so happy with my choice. Very easy to install, quality springs, used in construction, well packaged, and clear instructions. The ability to choose the temperature of the light is incredible. Very happy.
