1/3 of the price of box stores and they work the same. I don’t know what customer service is like because there were never anything to complain about. They work perfectly and super easy to install. Buyers need to be aware of the Kelvin rating. 5000k is a blue light, 4000k is a white light (kitchen/bathroom), 3500k is a pinch yellow, but great for dens/bedrooms/halls. Also notice the amount of lumens. I bought 1050 lumens and placed a dimmer with it, I would go with higher lumens if installing in a kitchen.

I like these lights and this is the second time I have purchased them. I used six on a recent project and one of the junction boxes did not work. Checked wire connections and they seemed good so whatever transforms the power to LED capability in the sealed section appears to have been faulty. Used another junction box and the light worked fine, unfortunately I now have a light with no junction box so I cannot use it. Hopefully the remaining nine Junction boxes are okay and the bad one was just a fluke. Having one bad unit is no reason not to buy them and the first box of twelve lights I installed were all good, so hopefully the remaining nine of sixteen work from the second box I purchased. NOTE: The dimmer function works well and the five switch ability to go from 2700K - 5000K is a nice feature.

The wiring insert of the 14 junction boxes had to be cut off because the insert does not attach to the wiring of the E26 socket adaptor. So, I had to use wiring nuts. Only one junction box was defective. However, i am quite happy with the look. I had to hire a handyman service to caulk around the circumference of 13 of the LED lights, which cost $240! I was then able to apply touch up paint to the caulking. Attached pictures are an LED light prior to caulking, the difference between LED & 65 watt lights that came with my home, and an LED light after caulking.

I purchased a couple of boxes of these lights to replace some old recessed lights in my house. I had an issue, reached out to the company via email, and received a response early the next day. In end I had to return the lights because they were too small; the company stood behind their warranty and had no issues with taking them back.

Super easy to install (even with a ceiling joist getting in my way). Definitely need to use a hole saw that is at least 6 in diameter. Also, if you dont know which color temperature you want, spend the extra few bucks for the lights with the multiple color temperature option.

Vast improvement over old style can lights. So nice to adjust the color. Some spaces just look better in a different wavelength

These lights are amazing quality, bright, easy to install, and are far cheaper than the big box stores. Ive installed nearly 30 of these so far in the house for a remodel and havent had an issue with a single one. Will buy these over and over.

I was worried about them being 4 inches and maybe not bright enough. No worries at all. We remodeled and they were the perfect choice. So glad I got them

This lights are very easy to install and the best thing is you don’t need to worry about where are the 2x4 on the attic. I recommend 100%
