The best thing since slice bread no more ink cartridges last a year with out having to refill and my kids are home school. I LOVE IT

This was a three bottle set (Y, M & C) but the magenta bottle would not engage (didnt sit proper) and the ink did not flow out of the bottle. So Im returning the magenta bottle and the two empty ones. Funny thing with these genuine Epson bottles, the configuration (key slots) on the bottles were all the same. So I do not thing the three party making the ink bottles for Epson is actually following the Epson plan of ink refilling not becoming a nightmare.

After my one year warranty on my Epson ET2720 printer it would not print in color. After buying new inks it still did not work after numerous troubleshooting procedures. I called Epsom customer service and they were a waste of time. It is an expensive piece of junk. No more Epson for me. The design on this printer is terrible, small console you can’t read unless you have a magnifying glass and get on your knees. It sounds like a dump truck when printing.
