Nothing to dislike about this product. More roomy than expected. Holds lots of items. They gray color is awesome. Lots of compartments.

I love this bag. It’s so large. I typically carry a 17inch laptop, a large iPad, and notebooks to work. This bag has so much space. And the quality is great.

This bag is super big inside and durable. Good quality! Has a lot more red than what’s pictured. I also thought it would be a different material but that’s my fault for not reading the tiny print! Overall great bag

Ive only been using this bag for about 2 months, but it has been great for work. It holds my laptop, notebooks, folders and plenty of other miscellaneous items that I transport back and forth everyday. I also get lots of compliments on the look of it.

Bought this back in March 2022. Loved it when I got it & used it. It had all the pockets in the description & video clip, It was even the same color as the clip grey with pink trim 17.3 inch laptop. Order one for a friend who liked it so much. But when new one arrived , same color & size as mine the front round pocket is missing the small zipper pocket that mine has & is in the discription with the picture next to it as well as the video clip showing the interior of the of this front pocket. It seems to now be the same pocket as the 15.6 laptop backpack. I have even provided the product description linked to ERIHOP page from amazons web page for the item description laptop-backpack-front-pocket. I like the handles, space, room for water bottles, and all the pockets. It’s cute too. Feels nice. But once my laptop is inside it rests right on my neck and gives me a headache. When I loosen the straps to lower it, it rests on my lower back and hurts my back. Was hoping for an affordable alternative to the look of a black Tumi bag for business travel. Gonna return this and stick with my sporty, $20 puma backpack from Marshall’s as the ergonomics on it are much better.

This is the one you want. After much searching, I can tell you this one is the best. This is the 3rd bag Ive bought in this style, this is also the biggest of the three. This one is bigger than the Lovevook 17, though not by too much. This bag is much cheaper than the Lovevook version, and the quality is great. I dont feel like this one is inferior in any way. In the pics you see this 17 on the right beside the 15 version. The size difference is even more noticeable in person. To me, the 15 is slightly bigger than my largest purse, and I wanted something bigger to use as a travel bag. The 17 is perfect. Its well made, sturdy, and pockets galore. The gold zippers look great against the black fabric. The only thing I would change is an additional security pocket in the back; to have one for my phone and another for my wallet. But Ill work it out, there are more than enough pockets throughout. Unexpected bonus: I was sent an additional freebie bag inside the one I ordered, its an insulated lunch kit! Very cute and a nice surprise. For reference... The first two pics are the 17 bag and lunch kit. The remaining photos are the 17 alongside the 15 Intrebleu for comparison. Trust me, get this one. Edit:the pics are out of order, but Im sure you can work it with ones are with the lunch kit.
