My favorite part is how wide the bag opens so it easy to access what I need. And, so many pockets!

I actually really liked this bag. The size was great as my work bag, held every thing I needed and more. Love the area inside for my water bottle. I also like the sturdy structure on the top that holds it open. What I dont like is that the inside pockets started ripping off about a month after I started using it. Before that started happening I was recommending it to all my coworkers. Revised - Contacted the seller, they sent me a new bag. I have not had issues with this one so far!

I use this bag daily, but because of its size I leave it in the car when shopping. I like it because I can put everything I need for the day in it. I fact I probably would get the smaller size next time.

This backpack is super cute and has a TON of space!! I really enjoyed how much room it had for all my things, but unfortunately I will be returning it because the shoulder straps are not comfortable enough for my liking. I live in a big city and have to wear this on my back for about 20 minutes to and from work and my shoulders are practically begging for relief each time. However if I had the luxury of driving to work and only having to wear the bag for a few minutes it would be great
