These are the right needles! I was sewing a old pair of Levis, which is very heavy denim, into a purse. These needles did the job right. Some of the seams may have been a little tricky, but overall these are good needles.

I bought these to use when altering/upcycling some old denim jeans and jackets. They worked find when it was just the denim. But as I tried to sew over seams, two broke, back to back. I was disappointed in that, as I thought by buying jean needles theyd be a bit stronger.

Sharp, straight, does the job on denim material. Can easily sew through the denim hems as well. A Jean-a-ma-jig makes a great pairing with this item.

I sewed denim pants. I find them just right for my sewing.

Works like it is supposed to. I have used it on medium fabrics with multiple layers
