This drill is so convenient since it’s cordless! The main reason my other drill stopped working was because of a frayed cord and the one before had a very short cord so I couldn’t plug it in to use it anywhere. This one is perfect and it charges really fast.

I received my product, and was very happy with it, but the mandolin bit was missing. The Amazon representative put me in touch with the seller and after explaining that I didn’t want to send the drill back and wait for a new one they agreed to replace it. I assumed I was receiving a drill bit and they sent me a whole new drill! They were kind and easy to deal with. Not only am I pleased with the drill, they made it right and I got the new one just a couple of days after speaking with them.
