It was as expected and we are satisfied with the product so far

When the latch straps are under tension, the release buttons are difficult to use, the jam up and make it awkward to unbuckle from the car.

So we bought this one, and an COSCO 2-in-1 Finale of the same type of Booster. Both are ridiculously difficult to get a solid snug fit on install. I have to kneel on the seat and push my weight (and Im a big dude) just to be able to get it tight enough to be acceptable, as all adjustment straps on both of the boosters we own do not allow for a firm tightening. Ok ... So thats one issue... The other is that the 4/5-point harness for the little one is also a pita to tighten... So even when youre cranking on the strap it barely gets snug. Based on the user guides the seat is installed and adjusted within tolerance... But Its not a very comforting feeling when the seat doesnt feel secure, nor the harness straps. Ive not used either as a belted booster yet... Perhaps theyll preform better in that way. If its relevant to anyone both seats were swapped between our 07 Forester and 08 Outback, yielding the same results regardless of which seat in which car,. I dont really want to complain as the rest of the product seems to have good workmanship... But I feel like I cant say anything without mentioning these foibles. I hope this helps someone somehow. EDIT 3/16/22: While this model was ok as a belted booster, we ultimately ended up getting a basic seatpad style booster for simplicity for the wifes car. Ive kept the COSCO in my car and it performs well as a belted booster, no complaints.

For the price, this seat is great!! It came in 2 days with my prime membership, and I really needed Jr fast. Got one in blue and one in pink. I have a 3 yr old girl and 4 yr old boy. We are leaving on our first family vacation in a week and thought the seat they were in before was too babyish for them. I love the dual cup holders. The main reason I got this seat in particular though is because they arent a lot of high backed booster seats with harnesses under $100. My children are small for their age, and although they seem to big for a baby seat, I def feel they still need the 5 point harness to keep them safe. They are 27 and 29 lbs. and are around 36-38inches tall. They are both on the border. This seat is great bc the harness works for 22-40lbs, and after they reach 40lbs, it converts and you can remove the harness and use it as a regular booster with the seatbelt until 110lbs. So this seat was absolutely perfect for them now....and will work for a long time to come. Seems more comfy than their old seat too. Theyve only been in the seat twice so far, but Im very happy with it!!

Good baby seat just not alot of seat belt room .

I bought this so I could have one for when my granddaughter was with us. I knew I didn’t need to spend a lot as it was just to use randomly. This product is well worth it. I would suggest all parents not go and buy those 300 dollar ones. That’s just dumb. This has cup holders and my granddaughter loves it. She’s very comfortable and safe in it.

My son is so happy to ride like a big boy in this carseat. Easy install and I was definitely reassured by the safety specs on this unit.

My daughter approves. Plenty of room and it’s comfortable for her to sit.

Just some things to note: 1. As others have stated the back is EXTREMELY straight with no recline 2. The back/head rest area has no attachment for the seat so it wobbles and does not seem secure. 3. The color of the seat is more of a true green than a teal (not important but figured I’d mention it) 4. Cup holders wobble and detach easily 5. Installation is quick and simple 6. Seat comes completely put together minus the cup holder attachments
