Recently got the notification from EVGA that it was time to purchase this 3070, $719 (plus another $80 for tax and shipping) and 2 days later, its in my system. Got my 1440p/165hz monitor a year ago and have been using my 1060 6gb while waiting (didnt expect the wait to be THAT long). Im finally able to use the full refresh rate now, and wow what a difference. Worth every penny at MSRP, maybe even worth the inflated price but I refused to pay that on principle alone, scalpers can sit on it.

heard they were getting rid of these, and ive been dying to upgrade for so long. luckily i had enough saved up to snag this before EVGA quits the graphics card for good! what a relic! my previous graphics card was a gigabyte 1650, and this is a massive upgrade. so far, no problems running high quality at 144 hz, and vr looks amazing!

The GPU market opened up to normalization again and this grabbed my attention. I was timid due to the economic value and state of health of the GPUs when it comes to shopping online and possibly getting a card that was used in a mining op. This card has been pretty outstanding and I would highly recommend one to any of my friends that were using something a slightly better than a GeForce Windforce GPU.

EVGA doesnt play around, Ive upgraded from an EVGA 1070 FTW to this wonderful GPU.. Im mainly into 2K gaming, and this card served me WELL! Sadly, EVGA (due to bad business with Nvidia) is gone for now, hopefully not forever..

I run two monitors, one at 1080p, the main at 1440p. Since I dont have high refresh monitors I V-sync at 60hz. Every game I play, new and old, is beautiful and smooth. I dont suffer FPS drops or stuttering of any kind. The only game I dont max settings on is Forza Horizon 5 but thats due to graphical issues theyve yet to fix with the game, not the card.

I was upgrading my sons computer from a gtx 2060 to this card. Got it for a good price, works great, though we had to upgrade his computer to a new case and motherboard since the HP Omen 30L series GTX13-0024 did not fully support the cards length and the proprietary HP AMD motherboards designed location for motherboard power connector interfered also with installing the new GPU into PCIe slot. Replaced motherboard, case , and cpu cooler to complete the upgrade.

Im not sure if youll be able to find one of these, as eVGA has exited the market after being my trusted GPU manufacturer for what seems like an eternity, or at least for my last 4 PC builds.
