EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 FTW3 Ultra Gaming, 08G-P5-3767-KL, 8GB GDDR6, iCX3 Technology, ARGB LED, Metal Backplate, LHR

Recently got the notification from EVGA that it was time to purchase this 3070, $719 (plus another $80 for tax and shipping) and 2 days later, its in my system. Got my 1440p/165hz monitor a year ago and have been using my 1060 6gb while waiting (didnt expect the wait to be THAT long). Im finally able to use the full refresh rate now, and wow what a difference. Worth every penny at MSRP, maybe even worth the inflated price but I refused to pay that on principle alone, scalpers can sit on it.

Glad i was able to get it at a discounted price, but it still felt high for its price point, but im happy with the card, it worked right off the bat with no complaints, i took the chance and went for it as i wanted to upgrade from my 1060. The card is noticeably loud when under load, but that depends on the game and settings being used. Otherwise its fairly quiet.

I bought it for 599 now it’s 800 sheesh. Great product otherwise.

From the design to the performance. I feel so lucky to have got a chance to get this card. I love it. Coming from a EVGA 1050 Ti, my entire world has changed.

well, it runs chill, very chill – something about 63 Celsius fully loaded in my case. lazy overclocking gives me 2070mhz boost (+150 core) and some memory speed (+250mhz). overall, I guess nvidia became crazy with their pricetags and fake FPS, so next time Ill try AMD.

I’m honestly blown away, I have my pc hooked up to a 65 inch q9 Samsung tv- I game at 4k 120hz and this thing shreds it without getting over 65c. My case has hella fans but still I’m amazed I can get this performance with a 3070 without even over clocking

Great, but naturally youre going to end up wishing you had a little more power. Works fine with Odyssey G9 monitor. Getting full res at medium/low settings around 120Hz.

Works well with an old r5 3600 and b450 I had. Threw it in a build for the bedroom and it games well on a 55 inch 4k tv. Really pleased with the thermals despite it being in a moderately ventilated bookshelf. Get it before its gone, these EVGA cards will be keepers now that theyre not making em anymore.
