> 24 hourI am using this on my platinum hair. I was using a salon brand, but they changed their formula and its not as good anymore. I wanted to try something new and I am happy I tried this. I also use it on my daughters blonde hair about once a month to keep it bright. Its a bit drying, so conditioner is important to use after. I purchased it in May 2014 and the half gallon (64 oz) will probably last me until this May! I dont know if Ill purchase again since it dries my hair out, but I am very pleased with the brightening and toning that it accomplishes on my hair. By the way, if your hair isnt saturated with water prior to using it, you can tint your hair purple, but the color washes out in the next shower.
