Exo Terra Outback Terrarium 24 x 18 x 12, 20 Gallon

I love this tank. I have a ball python that is under a year in this tank and it works perfectly. The screen top isn’t an issue if you set up an automatic mister and I won’t need to buy the next size up tank for a while. The front doors work nicely for changing out water and spot cleaning. The whole top comes off for deep cleanings. This is my favorite tank so far.

If you follow simple instructions, then this is a great tank! Just dont put water bowls over heating pads!

Got one of these for my adult Leopard Gecko, as she had outgrown her 10 gallon. This is wonderful quality! Yeah, it may be a tad bit more expensive than other brands, but you’re getting your money’s worth. I just ordered a second one for my other gecko to match. It came with a note stating if it arrived broken, to just let them know and they would send a replacement ASAP. Mine came in perfect condition though.

Purchased this product 6 yrs ago for $99. on sale the original price was $119. not sure why the massive price increase but its not really worth it. 1. the Styrofoam backing is noisy and takes up space, print a background on paper and tape it to the back 2. the doors while useful for feeding and quick access isnt worth the new hefty price tag especially the fragile nature of when trying to do a deep clean. 3 the venting is pointless (it has a screen top) bells and whistles but many arent necessary 4. build your own youll save $200

I got this terrarium for my adult leopard gecko and he loves it. It is a wonderful tank that allows it to look good while still being functional. My gecko loves climbing on the background. The front doors are a huge plus because it makes reptiles feel safer when your hand is coming from sideways rather than from above. The slots for the wires are also a very good addition. The bottom of the terrarium has a gap that allows ventilation for under tank heating pads which I was worried about. Over all this is a fantastic terrarium and great size for medium sized lizards. It would also be very good for snakes as everything has a locking system that prevents escapees.
