The first instruction in the included pamphlet is how to change the Reverse Osmosis Filter which strikes me as a critical part of the system. The problem is that important ROM filter is not included in the “Three Year Reverse Osmosis System Replacement Filter Set.” You buy it separately for $19.99. Now if you buy the one year set the ROM filter is included. Go figure. This is a good system but this kind thing is frustrating.

My entire system leaked when I first installed it but I called customer service, phone rang once and they answered right away. I explained what was going on and they knew right away what the issue was. I was trying to be too gentle with the system and didn’t push all my lines in ALL THE WAY. Water has been coming out between 20-30ppm since install. Iced tea is cleaner, ice is mostly clear, pressure is good, and works perfect. But now I’m a snob about my water

I bought this to replace my Costco reverse osmosis machine. Installing it was easy. Replacing the filters not as easy as my last one as the filter enclosure needs to be unscrewed rather than the quick disconnects of my old machine

everything arrived timely and packaged good ,each filter is individually wrapped, wouldve given 5 stars but the post carbon filter will not fit my system, as I actually have 2 lines running into the post carbon filter ,I actually need the screw in type post carbon filter ,oh well live and learn, that makes 6 post carbon filters I have and no way to use them that I know of, now I need to go and buy the correct post carbon filter, even without being able to use the post carbon filters it was still a good deal
