The quality isn’t that good

I would rate higher but it’s disappointing. It came in a nice box, rolled up. It easily laid out flat and has no bends or folds in it that would cause issues while running a mouse across it. All of the lighting works as intended. I got the colored world map and the colors are not vibrant as pictured, almost looks like the world lights up also, but it does not. The colors are dark, and without a bright desk lamp, you wouldn’t be able to read the countries on the map, or see the separation of color. Which is the reason I bought this one, as I could use it as a learning tool for my children. Not unhappy, but I am not jumping off walls that I bought this one either.

I received it along with white hair and no one in our family has a long white hair. Did not return it cos its for Christmas gift 2 days before otherwise my son loves it!

It looks good when it first arrived. It is stain and water resistant as well but don’t expect it to last. In under 6 months the Lighting stopped functioning. It is a very thin material as well. Previous desk mats I have used are almost couple the thickness and provide less drag/friction for mouse.

Extended mousepads RGB lights did not work at all, the power supply enclosure was very hot to the touch after plugging it in, despite no lights, leaving me hesitant to leave it plugged in. In addition to that, the graphic design(this one was of the world map) was very low resolution in some spots, and higher in others, making it very disorienting to look at. Overall not great quality.

The desk mat feels nice and the built-in RGB controller makes it so I can plug it into a power-strip rather than my computer. The detachable cable also offers a small degree of customizability. However, there arent enough lighting zones to display all the major colors at once and theres no speed setting for cycling through colors on the more complicated patterns.

Edges I bit uncomfortable but nothing bad, the quality of the small text is unreadable for islands or smaller countries
