The flash drive function exactly as advertised. Window10 was very easy to reinstall with the flash drive. I would give it 5 stars which it deserves but for one thing. The instructions for a newer Acer Laptop are missing.

The item did not repair my computer

My SSD went out and I had to order a new one. I used this to install windows 10 pro and it worked well! Had no issues! Never saw a thing about unwanted software being installed. It was OPTIONAL.

The instructions which came with this USB device couldnt have been more ambiguous! When I went to the two websites listed I got a message that Firefox prevented these sites from opening so my information would not be stolen! I dont trust this product or company whatsoever!
